The Sigma 20-200mm lens weighs only 550g and measures just 115.5mm in length, and a zoom ring diameter of a very slim 70.4mm. Lens Construction
The lens is constructed of 18 elements in 14 groups, and incorporates high-refractive-index glass materials to reduce lens movement during zooming. An optical design that features four double-sided aspherical lenses, one FLD glass, and three SLD glass elements, all combined with an internal mechanism that maintains high precision. High backlight resistance enables clear and sharp images under any lighting conditions, while lens flare and ghosting have been addressed under all conditions of incident light, based on the most advanced simulation.
