Delivery
We process all orders as they are received and goods are sent out as soon as we receive credit card authorisation. Goods should reach the customer normally within two working days from receipt of order. If this is not possible we will contact the customer and inform them. Goods are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value.
Delivery Prices
Delivery charges apply to all orders as specified on the Check Out page:
Orders up to £99.99 - £3 delivery charge applies
Orders £100 - £499.99 - £6 delivery charge applies
Orders £500 - £5,000 -£9 delivery charge applies
These charges apply to Mainland UK only.
Customers living outside the UK will be contacted when we receive their order, we will inform them of the delivery charge applicable to their specific order before processing.

Returns and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. If you do decide to cancel then please contact us via email and we shall refund your money within 30 days. We will deduct any postage or collection charges. The goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging, instructions etc and must be in unused condition.
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event a product is found to be faulty, we are happy to replace or refund it within a reasonable time from the date of receipt of the product. Replacement products are subject to availability.
Guarantees
All new equipment comes with a minimum one year warranty. Pre-Owned equipment is guaranteed for three months. All Pre-Owned products bought through this website come with a fourteen day money back guarantee provided they are returned to us in the condition in which they were sent out. During this 'cooling off' period you may return the goods provided they are unused and in the original packaging.
Genuine UK Stock
We only buy direct from UK suppliers, we do not source any equipment overseas. Therefore, you can shop with confidence that your purchase has a full UK warranty and full UK specifications.
Errors & Omissions
We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. If any errors are brought to our attention we will rectify promptly. We cannot accept responsibility for information from third-parties contained on this site or for the content of links from this site.
Mistakes
In the event of a mistake being made with a customer's bill, receipt or payment, we will correct the problem as soon as possible.
Complaints
Our customers are very important to us. We promise to acknowledge all complaints within five days and to resolve all problems as quickly and efficiently as we can. Please email all complaints to
