We process all orders as they are received and goods are sent out as soon as we receive credit card authorisation.
If the goods ordered are out of stock, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Goods in stock and sent should normally reach you within 2-3 working days. If this is not possible we will contact you. Goods are delivered either by courier (APC) or by Royal Mail, depending on their size and value.

We charge a flat rate of £7 on most orders, please note some larger or bulky items will incur extra costs. We will contact you before your order is processed to advise on costs.
FILTERS: If you are purchasing a single filter the shipping will be a flat rate of £3.00
These charges apply to Mainland UK only. Please note, we are unable to accept orders from outside of the UK.

Returns and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. If you do decide to cancel then please contact us via email and we shall refund your money within 30 days. We will deduct any postage or collection charges. The goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging, instructions etc and must be in unused condition.
In the unlikely event a product is found to be faulty, we are happy to replace or refund it within a reasonable time from the date of receipt of the product. Replacement products are subject to availability.
All new equipment comes with a minimum one year warranty. Pre-Owned equipment is guaranteed for six months. All Pre-Owned products bought through this website come with a fourteen day money back guarantee provided they are returned to us in the condition in which they were sent out. During this 'cooling off' period you may return the goods provided they are unused and in the original packaging.

We only buy direct from UK suppliers, we do not source any equipment overseas. Therefore, you can shop with confidence that your purchase has a full UK warranty and full UK specifications.
Errors & Omissions
We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. If any errors are brought to our attention we will rectify promptly. If you find any errors please let us know by emailing email@example.com. We cannot accept responsibility for information from third-parties contained on this site or for the content of links from this site.
In the event of a mistake being made with a customer's bill, receipt or payment, we will correct the problem as soon as possible.
