Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent service I received today, both in Swindon and especially in Witney.
I neglected to ask the name of the chap who helped me (I bought the 28-70 and a strap) but the service was excellent.
The trick he mentioned for removing a recalcitrant filter from lens (using an elastic band!) worked perfectly, I was amazed how easy it was.
